Delivery service is available for local & outstation addresses in Malaysia only.

Receiving Your Order
All orders must be signed. Please ensure there is someone available at the delivery address to sign for the delivery.
Self-Pick Up Order
Wilford Entertainment Sdn Bhd do provide a self-service delivery location to pick up your orders.
Lost/Stolen Parcels
Wilford Entertainment Sdn Bhd is not liable for any lost or stolen parcels during delivery.
Tracking You Order
You will receive a SMS with a tracking ID once your parcel have been collected by courier company.
Returns & Refunds
- All exchanges/refunds must be accompanied by the original receipt or gift receipt, packaging, apparel label tags and all parts intact and unopened.
- All approved refunds will be returned via the same mode of payment as specified on the original receipt.
- Refund will generally be in the same form as the original purchase.
- Manufacturing defect will be determined upon inspection and at the sole discretion of Wilford Entertainment Sdn Bhd.
- Exchange per item is accepted once only.
- Delivery charges are non-refundable.
- No refund/exchange will be given on discounted/clearance merchandise.
- Wilford Entertainment Sdn Bhd reserves the right of final decision in case of any dispute.
